For package one, the product we will be doing on is Nestle vanilla ice cream.
Thus, shuwen and I were tasked to find out a couple of things.
- company profile
- ingredients
- process steps
went to the supermarket to take a look at the ingredients used.
also, we manage to find a process flowchart and modify it.
modifying the flowchart aint easy at all!
need to consider a number of factors like which kind of paseturization to use and which kind of freezing to use, whether its batch or continuous.
